Hanabi Ramen is seriously comfort food at its best. I’m from California, and I’ve tried a lot of ramen spots, but this place is truly one of a kind and easily one of the best I’ve had in the U.S. Everything is so rich, flavorful, and comforting. The chashu is amazing, the tantanmen is packed with flavor, and the chicken wings are a must-try. Their homemade gyoza is also delicious — you can really taste the care that goes into the food. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen, chicken karaage, wings, and udon. I didn’t get a picture of the food, but here’s the matcha soft serve with chocolate we finished on 😍 Everything (including the icecream and taiyaki) here is made in house, and you can genuinely taste the freshness and care in every dish. The broth was the standout for us as soup lovers, this might be the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend, you’ll be hooked after one visit!!! Thank you Hanabi for great food and excellent service 💚
