I dropped my flowers off in October. I have had some spotty communication but recently haven’t heard from them in months. I put the full amount down and have spent a lot on these flowers. I am really hoping to hear from them soon before small claims court needs to become involved. This is horrendous.
I dropped my flowers off at Hana Willow in October. They emailed me regarding my flower draft, and then the final image. However, once asked when I can pick them up, I have lost ALL contact with this company. They will not return my emails or my phone calls. I have already put money down on this order and am very frustrated with the company. Hoping this review grabs their attention before small claims court needs to be involved.
Wedding was October of 2024… 2024. We are coming up on two years. I put down a deposit and have received occasional spotty communication, followed by silence. I was supposed to have my flowers returned at the end of April. Once again I haven’t heard back. Also disappointed to see a number other flowers returned to people who have had events AFTER mine. I dropped my flowers off in October of 2025 and received them yesterday. They are beautifully and the craftsman ship is very clean and precise. I am giving three stars only because there were two to three month long lapses in communication, which was concerning. At one point, I wasn't sure I would hear back. Overall the product is 10/10 but the customer service needs improvement.
I'll start by saying I have my piece back now and it looks nice but am overall displeased with the process. I had a shadow box that unfortunately fell off the wall in December 2024 because the backing was not placed securely. I called the shop and was told I could drop it off but I wouldn't get it back until after Christmas. In Feb 2025 I reached out and was told she still hadn't gotten to it yet.
