I'll start by saying I have my piece back now and it looks nice but am overall displeased with the process. I had a shadow box that unfortunately fell off the wall in December 2024 because the backing was not placed securely. I called the shop and was told I could drop it off but I wouldn't get it back until after Christmas. In Feb 2025 I reached out and was told she still hadn't gotten to it yet. I dropped my flowers off in October of 2025 and haven't heard back since January. I've tried emailing, texting and calling. This is totally unacceptable and I paid a deposit.
I dropped off my flowers in June - and they have gone silent, I have emailed and call with no return messages. Is this happening to anyone else?
