Sorry to leave a bad review, but wife book appointment here through ClassPass. Lady wouldn't let her in and didn't seem to speak English. Won't be back. Terrible service. Very rude and unfriendly. Have a better day. Edit to reply: Incorrect. She was more like 10 minutes late and called ahead to let the store know. The booked service was a gel removal that takes just a few minutes. We were so excited to have a nail salon close to our neighborhood. We have stopped by three times during the hours listed on their website and they have never been open. Today I arrived with my young daughter and the woman was extremely rude so we left without getting a service. We will not be back.
I just got my nails done today and was satisfied from the service, the process, and the results. My nail tech did such an amazing job. I decided to go with something a little bit more simple because I don’t really like crazy designs but my nail tech suggested a cats eye instead of just one color (she didn’t charge me any extra for the cats eye). My nails looks simple but shiny and elegant at the same time. I will for sure be back!
