Folded arms, no empathy or compassion in her conversation or tone of voice. She made my family member delay in treatment because her approach was horrible. Do not know how she has a 5 star rating. Maybe she gives better care to specific groups of people, maybe she has a unknown prejudice. Who knows why my family was treated like a bothersome chore. Definitely will not recommend.
Dr Hanna Kwon is an awesome doctor. She is professional, yet down to earth. Very through in her patient exam. Knowledgeable in her field. I like her.
