Went and got my brows done and she rushed me up out that chair so quick I waited a good little minute for a specific person cause everyone one here talked so good about her well, I didn’t get the same treatment she wanted me up out that chair, she didn’t care about my lil 11.00 I was spending to get my brows done lol don’t even look like she did anything then when I said something they ignored me. Le Ho always have my brows on point. She is the only one who is allowed to do them in the city.
Horrible experience. Came in for brow wax . Wax lady disappeared and no one was keeping me updated. Me and the girl in line behind me left. The staff is so unwelcoming and cold. I’ll never return
