yoga thaught here -its very good for health i had back bone pain for a very long time....i took treatments but it dint work and scans proved no problem....but still pain was there.....one of my friend suggested yoga for back pains and told me about hans nature life yoga institute....i joined yoga institute and now i never get my back pain...yoga really helps.....
