I recently went in for a neuro consult and was very impressed on how amazing and educated Dr. Han and his two Medical Assistants Jocelynn and Julia are. They are not only up front but are also treating patients in the back office. Very compassionate and welcoming. Highly recommend. I felt as if they were really putting themselves in my shoes. Very reassuring and have gone above and beyond according to my needs. Very surprising to read these other negative reviews. Definitely not the case. They truly are wonderful.
Terrible staff 100% they ruined my experience with their inexperience and incompetence. Dr Han is a nice doctor but the staff is the worst and don’t know what they’re doing. They’re lazy and extremely rude and in fact the most rude staff in a doctor’s office that I ever met
DR. Han was very nice and considerate. He was understanding and gentle while conducting tests
I came here to support my mother. The office staff is unkind and not easy to work with. They told my mother the wrong apt time, she even called to clarify and they still confirmed the wrong time. It is unfortunate we live in a healthcare desert (over an hour away) or we would chose someone else.
Previously i had a bad review but i think it was just a bad day for the office staff. Doc is actually pretty good
