DR. Han was very nice and considerate. He was understanding and gentle while conducting tests
I came here to support my mother. The office staff is unkind and not easy to work with. They told my mother the wrong apt time, she even called to clarify and they still confirmed the wrong time. It is unfortunate we live in a healthcare desert (over an hour away) or we would chose someone else.
Previously i had a bad review but i think it was just a bad day for the office staff. Doc is actually pretty good
I set an appointment a month ago and the lady I talked too set it for 1pm for the 18th of December. I then get a phone call yesterday on the 17th, saying my appointment was at 8am for the 18th. I tried calling (All Day) as well and this morning, and it kept going to the answering service, I have left several messages through them. I saw this doctor a little over 5 years ago. I came to him for my seizures and he gaslit me the entire time and said that since I have depression, that they weren’t real seizures. It took me until this year to find care that is actually leading to something. You need to listen to your patients. These are people’s lives you’re toying with. I am set to get brain surgery early next year. Thanks for not believing me, I lost most of my 20s due to your negligence. I will never get those years back.
