I'm ready to call the police on this shop to get my money and vehicle back! Here's why: I dropped off my 2003 BMW X5 to get a transfer case replaced on the vehicle per Hans German Auto's recommendation. They asked me to pay in $1,000 of $1,400 upfront in order to purchase the used-parts needed to make the repairs. They said the repairs will take approximately 3 weeks.
