I booked a remedial massage for one of my sons at Booragoon. We are Medibank members and I mentioned it to the receptionist Natasha upon booking. Upon arrival, my son was asked to go to the other shop where they don’t do remedial massage. Speaking very limited English, the therapist said there was a gap of $45 (there shouldn’t be any, if he was not asked to move because the previous one is a Member’s choice provider). Went to Cannington store for remedial massage. It was the worse remedial massage which I have had. I paid for one hour and still left with sore neck and shoulders. Therapist didn't feel where is tension in muscles, I needed to show every point. Even if you will go through private health insurance company it is not worth of your time and money
Went there on 27th Sept.. With a 70mins massage groupon. Started at 3:10pm and finished by 3:50 including few minutes changing time.. the therapist rushed to serve her regular. Therapist was an old lady so I didn't blame her on the spot but this is not how you do business.
