This place use to be great! The front staff is awful, and I’m trying to be polite! The staff talks to you like you are a person on the streets and not a patient! They are ignorant and should be ashamed to be in the medical field! The best part is I complained to my doctor the month prior on how the one that answers the phone did nothing but argue and lie to me over getting my medication. Poor family practicing
I love this Dr office. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Dr.Patel is smart and always has her patients best interest in mind. I would highly recommend going here.
I have been going here for years and despite the occasional doctor orders they would give me to progressively help diagnosis my pain issue, it eventually reached a dead end and they started to give me the cold shoulder. Specific John Traverso. (He’s not a people person, more like a robot that says the same thing everyday and doesn’t really have compassion or deep care for his patients) I walked in one day having tremors and he could care less. This office used to be great. A place that took care of their patients. Now I've called 4 days in a row and there is always some reason the Dr's aren't available, no appointments, TRY TOMORROW.... and DO NOT let that woman PA touch you or your kids. Literally. Her idea of certain procedures lines up with being assaulted. Just because the District Attorney wouldn't prosecute my charges does not me ANYONE should go through what I experienced at the hand of Patel - she should not be allowed to touch anyone, let alone patients. ... read more
