They told me they don't take Medicaid even though they are legally obligated to do so by state law. It's my secondary insurance, not primary. If it were my primary, they can refuse it. Since it's my secondary and MediCARE pays 80% of the bill first, they are supposed to take it so it will pay the remaining 20%. If it were primary it would only cover 20%.
