Don’t waste your time with Dr. Malek, it took them three months just to review my referral and then he decided to deny it and didn’t call me to let me know so I could set up somewhere else, don’t waste your time here go somewhere else.
Dr. Malek is extremely thorough and very personable. He remembers what took place at previous visits, and continues my care from that point. I changed neurologists from the one I had in Syracuse, and Dr. Malek is the best.
It has been difficult getting information. I have called asking for him to call me about medication and he does not call. Sending messages is pretty much useless since information is very brief. I have called repeatedly. He seems to want to leave the room too quickly. This has been difficult to say the least. After my last visit I wanted to read his after visit summary but he did not make one.
