Staff very friendly, doctor listened to what you had to say.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Dr. Alshami was dismissive and rude. He point blank refused to answers informational questions regarding his treatment recommendations. My husband called the incall Dr over the weekend with O2 drops while in CPAP. He has left daily messages since then. It is now Wednesday and no one has responded to help. We have been stunned at the neglect "care" received from this Dr and his staff. Stunned and horrified.
