Sold me a part (draft inducer) that is not compatible with my furnace. After determining it wasn't compatible (size and function) I reviewed with the part manufacture and they confirmed it was not the right inducer for my furnace. I attempted to return but was told that visual inspection by Hamtramck HVAC Supply staff indicated it matched. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
