This is the second vehicle we have got from Hamsmith. The first one was a beautiful Ford pickup and this latest purchase was quite unexpected. Joe was amazing when we went both times. He tried the first time to get me to trade up but I loved my older Durango. This time of course we knew who to go see. Huge Shout Out to Zephian at HAMSMITH motors in Lubbock, she made it her mission to find our son the exact replacement truck after his was totaled in a wreck! She actually found it and an even better version in Illinois, had it shipped to Lubbock. It was way better than we ever expected! We can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and determination to make him so happy!
So I am looking for a new Truck or SUV. I have stopped by there several times and they are just nice. What I found amazing is my second interaction with them the lady that was recognized my voice on my phone. I hope I get to by my Truck from these guys, I like them.
We had come for a different event but from the get go, everyone we encountered was warm and friendly. Maybe one day in the future if my finances align, I can get a used vehicle from them.
My mom had a wreck on Memorial Day so I went searching for a car for her she was not quite ready to buy one yet but Zeph had a perfect car for her so the next day I brought my mom to check it out and she loved it and was pleased with how we were treated. During the test drive my mom kept saying they are so nice there so thank you Zeph an Joe for the Awsome customer service
