AMAZING! Simply put, we went to multiple large dealerships in the Lubbock area and felt uneasy about them all. As soon as we walked through the door at Hamsmith, everyone greeted us and made us feel comfortable and welcome. However, once we needed time to discuss we were given space. Hamsmith doesn’t try to hide hidden fees and were completely transparent about their process from the get. So thankful for them and their help in ensuring we had the best vehicle for our family.

Contacted them by text and they responded so fast. Set a time for test drive and they were there and was ready to help us. They made the process so easy and comfortable didn’t have to haggle with them they were straight to the point and so reasonable with the cost of the vehicle. I definitely will buy from these guys again. My words can’t explain how great full I am that I went to see these guys.
