We are a privately owned gorgeous 2,500 sq ft movement studio located in the up and coming creative nook of Ojai called Meiners Oaks. We offer cardio dance classes, barre, and aerial arts. Drop in to one of our fabulous classes with our amazing teachers or book a private group class for yourself and some friends! We also offer specialty massage services like CBD oil massage in our healing room and our space for event rentals. Looking forward to meeting and moving with you!

My daughter and I take aerial classes with Serra on Thursdays and we really enjoy her gentle and creative style of teaching. She creates beautiful choreography for us to learn and helps us become stronger aerial artists. We always have such a fun experience!

This studio is amazing for soul nourishing dance, yoga, and events. I just took a sweet soulful yoga class with this wonderful instructor, Alejandra. Such a treat! Saturday's at 8:45am. Perfect way to start your Saturday. The space and instructors are so energizing and skilled. Highly recommend it!
