Had my first visit this afternoon with Jay for a Deep Tissue massage. Really caring therapist and great client manner. I suffer from a lot of muscle tension in my upper body resulting in migraines (probably due to working in an office job) but Jay's technique is good she works for me. I've been trying to find a therapist for months and think I finally have! I'll definitely be back 🙂
