Here I was referred to this shop by a close friend, who told me they located a buyer for their fine sterling pieces. So I called to inquire about selling some fine antique sterling silver pieces. Spoke with Robbie, who kept cutting me off, while attempted to get a word in edgewise to explain what I had. He was short, unbecoming and unprofessional.
