Was recommend. Saw the good reviews. Hamrens was able to provide quick service and were super friendly. Stayed in touch with me throughout the process updating me on what was going on. After the quick service they were willing to stay later so I could get there and make payment. Would recommend to anyone, hands down a fantastic shop!
I’m so glad I was referred to Hamren’s Auto. I drive a 2019 Camry purchased from Haley Toyota. They were supposed to fix a recall on my gas tank but after I had nothing but issues, my breaking point being my car not cranking at the funeral home I was at preparing for my dad’s service. Hamrens is awesome. I took my car in because the check engine light was on. They gave me an estimate quickly and let me know how long the fix would take. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process and texted me with updates. They are very transparent about the work that they do and do a great job. They gave me several tips/tricks about my vehicle. In the end, the cost was much cheaper than the estimate they gave. If you live in the Roanoke area check these guys out!
