My first time here and I could not be more impressed! Professional, skilled, honest, and fair. Everything one could ask for when you need a critical repair. I will absolutely return if I have another issue with my car!
I could tell right away when I called them on the phone this was a great place. The man I spoke to was so kind and worked with me to select an appointment time with my busy schedule. Our Honda pilot needed a new alternator, timing belt, serpentine belt and our radiator was leaking, all of which we knew in advance. He went through all the repairs and cost before hand and gave us a few options to get it all done. I can’t say enough good things about Hamren’s Auto Service. I had an issue with my 2008 Toyota Sequoia that several other shops either couldn’t diagnose or didn’t seem to know how to repair. I called around to multiple places and kept hitting dead ends. The team at Hamren’s was different.
