I wouldn’t trust this company to tow anything safely. Their driver was barreling down North 16 at 11:50 on 9/7/26 going 70 mph in a 55 zone passing cars that were going over 55.
The dispatcher Kayla was rude, nasty, and unprofessional. As well as the driver who had my car. There was a mix up with AAA and I was trying to provide them with the correct address, and Kayla informs me ( with a hostile tone) that her driver needs to get paid and he has other stops to make. On top of everything else she lied and then hung up on me while I was still trying to talk. Then she texted me and said she doesn't care who I call on her.
