$800 HOA fee for the hood is absolutely insane
this place has gone to sh....ts, entrance looks like dirt road, there are not parking spaces due to the overwhelming population, gate entrance its open to whom ever comes in, there is no maintenance around to be seeing, no management office, and HOA FEES, be aware if you buy-in, that amount that realtor might show its not the real one, there are assessment fees up to the A@$ for you to pay later on.
Going to repeat this because this is the truth: TERRIBLE management!! The property manager NEVER answers calls or returns them. Even when you leave voicemails or send multiple emails, NO reply. No sense of urgency especially when it comes to people’s money!! I have been trying to get my buyers’ deposit back after the contract was cancelled.
