Kevin did a FANTASTIC job helping me re-design my landscaping after a storm ruined everything! I love it so much more than I did before. He totally understands proportions and gave great advice about deer-proof plantings. I couldn’t be happier!
I paid in full in advance for his landscaping design and gave him the 3 mo deadline I needed to meet for the design for the Town review process. He never gave me one iteration of a plan (just an enlargement of my PDF survey to draw MY concepts on in color). He claimed he’d spent all the hours of the payment on our discussions and his research. He said that I was not due any refund even though I got zero work product from him.
