Liz is the best!!!
I heard about this company last year. I received a certification and had no issues what so ever, the process was fantastic. Flash forward to now when it’s time to renew, i get an email from Liz saying payment is due for recertification so i pay immediately, then for the next 2 weeks i get the runaround about my recertification and why it hasn’t been done yet and said she was copying her assistant Laurie on the message as well to make sure it was taken care of.
