I was looking for a new doctor, so I called the South Hampton location and the women I spoke to was so rude and unkind. When I asked for a female doctor and not a male she sounded pissed off. Never received the paper work she was supposed to send, so I called the Hampton bay’s location and they are so much nicer and helpful.
Dr. Florence was very kind and handled a difficult situation for us very well. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the staff member Maureen who was rude and impatient. After having me wait a very long time on the line, Rather than asking my availability for an appointment she rambled times and days to me and quickly became frustrated when I couldn't make those appointments. I just had an annual visit with Joan Butler- she was such an excellent provider! I felt comfortable the entire time, and all of the office staff and nurses were incredibly kind. I would recommend to anyone!
