The first year inspection of our mini split system installed by Hampton Air did not go so well. The tech Marcel immediately upon shaking hands asked about our hot water heater. I reminded him that his company didn’t manage that system but I showed it to him anyway. Big mistake, It’s a well maintained system in the words of Quogue Sinclair who I recently contracted and who required a system inspection prior to the contract. The system works great. Your Technician Marcel R starts inspecting systems managed by other companies and starts the hard sell. He talks too much doesn’t stop when asked multiple times or listen. I don’t need him at my house again.
