Great service on my 35 Realm. Rob Waller was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was right. Honest, thorough, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the service and highly recommend Rob and the team. He actually went above and beyond representing Hampton Watercraft in a way that I didn’t expect. The service and parts department is top notch I’ve been boating since I’m nine years old. I’m now 65 and never experienced such a reliable and professional Marina.
I recently purchased a used Boston Whaler 330 Outrage through Dan Betta and Hampton Watercraft and could not have been more pleased with their responsiveness, ability to answer questions, secure requisite surveys, sea-trial, check the boat to make sure she was good to go. I was pleasantly surprised over and over again at their professionalism, honesty, follow up, you name it. This is our fourth center console, but first time working with Hampton Marine. They stood out. Thanks. David Kiernan, Alexandria, Va.
The staff was was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional I would highly recommend them!
Ben Spellman is a wealth of knowledge. He knows every single thing there is to know about a trailer. I rarely ever leave reviews but that kid deserves one. I was trailer my boat for the first time. He was down there on his day off helping his friend with his boat. Saw I needed a little helped and he explained to me why the boat and trailer were doing what they were doing. Made suggestions for me to do to secure the trailer better - moving wench up and strapping the back I will refer anyone I know to Ben and his store.
Great experience purchasing a boat from Hampton watercraft. Salesmen Peter was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone from behind the scenes, to delivery day did a fantastic job. Purchased a 2025 key west 291fs and couldn’t be more happy. 100% would recommend to everyone.
