Last week we made the awful decision to anesthetise our beloved, terminally ill, 15 year old cat. What happened in the room with Dr Li-Jiing was one of the most traumatic experiences of mine and my daughters lives. Not only didn’t she show any empathy towards our beautiful boy but she treated us with utter distain. We are still struggling and I cannot put into words how bad we were treated.
