I had a lovely experience. I was nervous going in for my 20 wks anatomy scan due to complications but there technician was kind, straightforward, and very skilled. I relaxed immediately and enjoyed seeing the baby with all the explanations and description. The whole experience felt simple and human compared to my previous experience in a brusque, sterile, hospital setting.
