Updated review: Buses constantly getting canceled and constantly breaking down. I can't get home from work, I can't get to appointments, I can't depend on HRT for anything. I am also sick of rude, mean, and angry bus drivers taking their frustrations out on the passengers. HRT management doesn't give a crap about those who ride and depend on the buses. This is no way to run a transit company. If I could give up HRT, I would, but I can't walk far distances due to a foot injury. I can't afford Uber. I can't keep bugging people... read more

If could give 0 stars I would. I don't understand why the bus route 3 keep changing the times. The bus used to come at my stop at 7:27pm I just found out that I only comes at 7:56pm and it's missing me off, they already don't show up on time as is, this is a big inconvenience especially when I have to be at school at 8:00. I shouldn't have rush home from work then sit and wait a whole hour before class start, I have a child I need to cook for and help with other things.
