Customer Service ain't even open on the weekend so if you have a serious issue that you need help with, you're utterly screwed.
I haven't road a city bus in over 40 years. For the most part, it's been a pleasant experience. People who learn your face are cordial and speak. But in all fairness, people who are under the influence (alcohol, weed, etc) and talk vulgar (what they do to their body parts) to women under their breath so no one will hear should be banned from transportation. I wanted to jump into a purification volcano afterward and welcome the fire. I ignored that man he was the plague.
