Why Do Drivers Slow Down When Late?? I agree with the last poster. I live in Norfolk and what I really don't understand is why it is that if they are running behind, why do they slow down? They slow down, causing you to miss lineups where you needed to transfer to and they don't care. All they say is that when they have a large load they don't always make it and to take an earlier bus. TERRIBLE HRT HAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVERS EVER. THE OLDER DRIVERS ARE RUDE AS HELL. THEY SEE PEOPLE RUNNING RIGHT BESIDE THE BUS AND DONT STOP. THE HAMPTON AND NEWPORT NEWS STATIONS ALWAYS STINK AND THE BATHROOMS ALL ALWAYS LOCKED. I REPEAT, always LOCKED. THERE ARE CHILDREN THAT NEED TO USE THE BATHROOM AND CANT BECAUSE THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE POOR SERVICE THEY GIVE., AND THE ROUTES ARE RIDICULOUS
