Good first: I've had friendly and professional customer service reps. Bad: The billing and automation system is a terrible mess. My roommates and I have had an absolutely horrible time trying to end our interactions with HRSD. I've been given not one, not two, but THREE closing/final bills...and I'm afraid more are coming.
