They suck and will turn your water off so unfair when u actually pay part of hrsd in your actual water bill via public utilities they are ridiculous!
So we do the right thing, we go and we pay our utility bills, and this is the kind of welcome we get when we get to the parking lot. With signs at each parking space telling us fifteen minute limit!!! You suck!
What is the point of paying for trash service if I cannot get these people to pick up special pick up I’ve called. I’ve done everything that is required of me. Do you not pay the people enough to care about their job? Is that the issue? What’s going on You charge everybody exuberant amounts for water. I don’t even use my water if I can help it and I still pay too much for it. So how somebody who barely uses water pays almost $200 a month for water running into an apartment is beyond me.
