Id give it no stars if i could. Really here because of the website. It sucks im general as a company or agency but anytime I try an log in to make a payment it tells me I have invalid credentials every time and im not kidding. This company feels like It was legitimately created to cause stress and headache.
Worst water company ever just paid 500 in April and they still came to shut off my water today it’s so ridiculous! They should be able to take a lower amount to keep services on. Stop trying to make people suffer when I barely even use water! Guess I’ll just be taking showers at planet fitness and you’ll get paid when I can. But this is highly ridiculous my bill in NJ was once almost 2k and they still didn’t turn it off
Someone should file a complaint. This company is terrible and don’t give people a heads up when the shut off water and fail to follow the Virginia state laws when it comes to shutting off utilities. More complaints need to submitted so a change can be made. The city of Hampton roads is a blue collar town people don’t need to deal with such unprofessional company as well a place that doesn’t follows rules.
