I had a very disappointing experience with Lamm, Jr. The appointment felt rushed and impersonal, with no real effort to understand my concerns. I received only a quick explanation of what he felt was going on, he never looked at the problem, and I felt pushed through rather than cared for. Considering the cost, the lack of attention was frustrating. I went to another provider and received much better care. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I would like to give Dr. Decarlo a Thankyou for everything he has done for me. It’s been a very long journey. He had done absolutely everything to help be get better. I would highly recommend others to see him. He’s very kind, polite, and professional. He knows exactly what he’s talking about. Thankyou Dr with all my heart.and also Thankyou to the staff at riverside as well. You all has helped me in so many ways. Thankyou

I was attempting to get my 18 year old daughter seen by Riverside Neurosurgery because she will face life-long spinal issues due to multi level genetic DDD, bulging discs, pain, and nerve root issues. I had heard good reviews about this facility. However, after having her records faxed over and reviewed by a neurosurgeon, I was contacted back and told the doctor stated they "will only see *current* Riverside patients and that we should go back to where we came from (another provider) and that they could not help us". Been many times but never able to get a real solution. They are great for expensive tests, and are not very communicative with the patients regarding approvals. Had to speak with the presidents office to get a call back from a very rude woman who was not whiling to help. My insurance tried calling Dr Butler’s team only to get hung up on. This is the best Riverside has, choose your care wisely.
