Had an appointment with Catherine White, one of the Nurse Practitioners. She was exceptionally professional and very kind. I will ask to see her next time I go to the practice. I have no hesitation recommending her to anyone.
HATE to leave a 1 star because Dr Howard is wonderful! Wonderful experience with the Dr. I then was scheduled for a follow up appt with nurse practitioner. Not only was I charged for an appt as a new problem not a follow up, but the NP flat out LIED to me. I questioned it while sitting there listening to her, and I verified the lies when I was able to speak to a relative in the health care field. I cancelled the next follow up and am going elsewhere for my care.
Made an appointment, drove 28 miles, arrived on-time, checked in, I accepted thier policy of prepayment. I agreed to pay the required upfront fee of $200.00. I asked the clerk to confirm that this $200.00 would be applied to this visit today for today's visit. She talked in circles insisting the doctor will keep the $200.00 for several weeks and she refused to confirm that they will apply the upfront payment for today's appt.
