I loved this office up until this point. They are giving me a hard time with my allergy shots. Which I REALLY need. Insurance says they are covered and has called them. The office still says they are not. Someone needs to figure something out. I need my shots. FIX THIS! Also Sharon the office manager of Hampton, that fills in at the Williamsburg office is rude, condescending, and will argue and talk over you. Then when told she is rude she argues even more. I love this office, the staff and physicians are great!
Awful service. Nobody answers the phone for appointments. My daughter walked in with terrible ear pain and they refused to see her. Cruel.
Dr Jacobson is the best. Kindest, most caring, terrific surgeon.
It started out at the front Desk! Those ladies are just so professional! Theres a young lady named Lee at the front desk who simply blew me away with her customer service. The medical Assistant whose name we never caught was just as helpful as she could be too. Then there was Dr. Jacobsen who has amazing bedside manner, and he just radiates his passion for what he does!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!! I will be telling all of my friends about these guys! Drive 45 minutes to get shots only to find the office closed without notice. Won't let me give myself the shots so at this point I'm sorry I ever started the process.
