We showed our interest in Clark U Property, managed by Hampton properties for 24 Loudon Street, apartment 1, Worcester, MA. My wife called Hampton Properties office and talked to Tara N**** (Property Manager). She asked to submit payslip and bank statements which I did. Tara then told us that as our income is less, so we need to submit first and last month rent, a security deposit, and 3-month advanced rent which I and my wife agreed.
