I was recommended to this company and read your review and I have to ask...Seriously? You had a leak 3 years after it was built and left it leaking for what looks like 6 months to a year and you expect them to still be held responsible? Sounds more like lazy home maintenance and you need someone else to blame.I used them to plumb our new home. They were fabulous to work with! They where timely, affordable and efficient. What more could you ask for?
Hampton Plumbing did the plumbing in my 2007 construction house. In 2010, I noticed some discoloration on the sheet rock below the master shower drain. It got worse over time, and finally I pulled the sheet rock off. The drain was leaking water into the sub-floor area. I called Hampton Plumbing to see if they would fix the problem. They wanted \$92 just to look at it. Plumbing should not leak this soon after construction. Either they used bad parts, installed them incorrect
Dont use Hampton Plumbing in Kearney, MO. They do shoddy work and do not stand behind their work or their materials. Not only did they delay our home construction, almost blew up our new house because there was a leak in the gas line to the hot water heater that they hooked up, filed a lien against our house when the builder would not pay them for the shoddy work they had performed and refused to make the needed repairs, but today called the police on me because I was being persistent about a non-standard shower drain that t... read more
