I’ve been here almost three years & I enjoy my privacy plus quietness. Anytime I put in my maintenance request it’s always completed within 24-48 hours. Shon & his men always make sure it’s done right & always make sure everything is working properly before leaving. No worries for me and my girls.
I lived in Hampton place for about 10 months, it was one of the newest apartment after they remodel unit D6....I was the first tenant whom lived in there. I didn't have any problems if I did; Maintenance was right at it within 24hr.... It was Very clean and brand new. I moved February 6th left it clean and looking brand new..
This place is infested with roaches and Knats or fruit flies!!!! Which ever it is!!!! They do not try to resolve pest issues!!!! They claimed it would be new appliances in the units which is the reason for the rent increase. Well there’s NOTHING new. The roaches not even new!!!!! The laundry stays down!!!!! The rent is going up next year for no reason whatsoever because they are not trying to improve these units. Just increasing the rent to allow the pest to live in the units as well!!!!
