Unprofessional front desk staff. It was impossible to make an appointment by phone. There new front desk staff didn’t understand English and even after I spelled my daughters name 20 times, she didn’t get it right. After that there website system didn’t give an option to choose the doctor we went to for other fifteen years. As a long time client I highly recommend you to change your front desk unprofessional stuff for better one. It was big stress and I waisted an hour to make an appointment. Horrible experience.
Dr Persheff and all of the professionals at Hamptons Pediatrics have been providing excellent care to my two sons. They take extra precautions with keeping newborns safe from germs, which was greatly appreciated. The doctor and PA are extremely knowledgeable and making appointments in an emergency is very easy. Highly recommend!
Her office refused to see my daughter over a bogus $50 no show. Meanwhile they NEVER call to confirm, they still have my old phone number which I have asked them over 2 TIMES to update and the never did. HORRIBLE service from her staff. They never told me there was a balance until I showed up to the office as well and told me either you pay it or your sick daughter isn’t seen.
