Dr. Persheff used to be my child’s pediatrician, but she hasn’t seen my child in years, even when I specifically request her. We always end up with another provider instead. The front desk is disorganized and hard to communicate with, and transferring my child’s records has been extremely difficult. The secretary only offers two options: change our primary doctor with insurance or pay out of pocket—nothing else. Very frustrating experience.

Patient since the 90s, recently brave enough to call Nadia out. When I was brought in as a kid after a full day of having my arm dislocated was ok, she brushed off as “nanny elbow”. Nadia could have saved me from so much abuse if she didn’t think dislocated joints were commonplace. Don’t trust her by being lazy & passing the buck to your nanny, she doesn’t recognize abuse. But maybe like my mom, you’re in denial

Unprofessional front desk staff. It was impossible to make an appointment by phone. There new front desk staff didn’t understand English and even after I spelled my daughters name 20 times, she didn’t get it right. After that there website system didn’t give an option to choose the doctor we went to for other fifteen years. As a long time client I highly recommend you to change your front desk unprofessional stuff for better one. It was big stress and I waisted an hour to make an appointment. Horrible experience.

Dr Persheff and all of the professionals at Hamptons Pediatrics have been providing excellent care to my two sons. They take extra precautions with keeping newborns safe from germs, which was greatly appreciated. The doctor and PA are extremely knowledgeable and making appointments in an emergency is very easy. Highly recommend!
