Dr. Perera dismissed all of my symptoms and tried to diagnose me with a mental illness. I had a hormonal imbalance from PCOS. She didn’t even CARE one bit. Barely looked at me during the appointment. Barely asked any questions. Took one look at me and tried to shove me out the door with medication. Shouldn’t be a doctor at all.

She’s amazing! I have been going to see her for many years. Highly recommend.
I had a very negative experience with Dr Perera. She completely misdiagnosed my condition and actually accused me of being mentally ill. Her demeanour began as abrasive and ended up as insulting. I had to change doctors to get help for a serious long term medical problem that has required 2 major surgeries to rectify. If you are considering going to see Dr Perera for any reason I strongly recommend you find another doctor
