August 12, 2026 around 10am. I have been a patient of Ms. Smith for well over a year. Always have had a great experience with her, as well as the office personnel, nurses included……until today. I live over 2 hrs away, yet I decided to keep Ms. Smith as my primary care because she has always been caring and thoughtful and the staff is usually great. Pediatrician Anne Abao Beauchamp was unnecessarily rude and very loud (my toddler had a panic attack after we left the office because of her weird behavior.) It was very strange. I can’t explain it. All I know is that we’re never going back. The front desk staff is great however. Exceptional front desk staff actually.
