This my first time ever doing this this type of work and I can say I really enjoy being a caregiver.
If you want to get a good grasp on this facility, look at the reviews that have more than a single review written. Pretty evident they are trying to raise their review. My Aunt was in this facility (memory care) and it was horrible. The general staff was normally very nice, but it is quite evident they are unaware of what is considered a restraint device.
