Mom came to this facility because they accept the long-term care waiver. The aides and the dining staff were exceptional during her stay. As well as the current director, Angela. A few negatives: There did seem to be a continuous problem of bugs in the room even though they sprayed regularly. The front desk reception was a high turn over. Entertainment for residents were kind of low scale. I would still use the facility due to the acceptance of the long term care waiver and visit regularly.
My brother moved into this facility September 2, 2024. After searching for AL facilities, I was pleased to find this one which my brother found to be home-like in nature. Wendy, the director at that time, was very helpful. She made us feel comfortable and helped a great deal in finding the perfect apartment for him.We signed the contract, and paid the $5000 Community fee. They do not accept Long term Medicare like 90% of Assiisted Living Facilities don't but they let us go there while we were very sick and when we pulled into the parking lot a really rude person who was in charge of the facility came to our Cadillac Escalade and before we could even ask a question that person rudely with hands on the hips ,says " WHO SAID YOU COULD COME HERE ?!
