My Mom is here and I am amazed at the care and responsiveness of the staff. Before my Dad passed, his ALU was Atria. That place was far more expensive but always chronically understaffed and staff under paid. I don’t know how Hampton does it. The food is great. The rooms clean and large. Mom came to this facility because they accept the long-term care waiver. The aides and the dining staff were exceptional during her stay. As well as the current director, Angela. A few negatives: There did seem to be a continuous problem of bugs in the room even though they sprayed regularly. The front desk reception was a high turn over. She made us feel comfortable and helped a great deal in finding the perfect apartment for him.We signed the contract, and paid the $5000 Community fee. Within a short time, he adapted to his new surroundings and made several acquaintances. My brother adored the staff, and they returned that affection. In N... read more
