Another great visit at Hampton Manor!!! This facility is awesome!!! My mom had an early mornimg appointment 5am to be exact. When I arrived the nurses had her dressed and ready to go. Anything I ask of the staff is granted. It starts at the top with Glenda!!! Allie the patient coordinator gave me her personal number and always answers. I can always count on Allie and Stephanie. Latoya has excellent customer service skills. She thoroughly explained her roll at the facility and the programs that she runs with the residents.
The tour of Hampton Manor was great, very informative. The staff and residents were a pleasure. The director is great!! Facility nice and clean. Staff was awesome, very friendly as well as professional. They ensured residents safety at all times. Everyone was very helpful. I know my Uncle will be taken care of
