The whole experience was positive.. The quality oof the homes is very good. Joe Diccio was the salesperson who helped us. Very Professional and a salesperson with no drama. Straight to the point and clear. Would recommend to deal with him if you like clear and straight forward interaction with salespersons.

I've been living in River Hall for over 3 years. Greenpointe continues to build hundreds of new homes in Hampton Lakes and nobody knows how many more years will pass before these homes are completed so they can complete the final lift for the private community streets. Another issue that makes me upset is that I recently learned about Radon gas.
