Clean rooms, comfy beds. TV in the one king rooms at least is in a weird position, you can see it from the bed but not the desk. But overall it's a good hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed for three days, they had biscuits at breakfast one day. I wish they had biscuits all three days. Biscuits are amazing. But I've never before stayed at a Hampton that had biscuits even once so one Biscuit Day even one is a Huge Plus. Plenty of free parking, they don't charge for it like some loser hotels. We had a great experience. Check-in fast and friendly. Room clean , everything you need in it. ( coffee maker, fridge, iron board, water......) bed and pillows comfy. And the breakfast very good with a lot of options. I know sometimes its the little things ( no one else cares about 🤣) impressing me. The curtain sticks .....loved them . I would definitely return

I had an extremely traumatic experience at this property and would strongly caution others before booking. I arrived shortly after 10:00 PM on 4/18 with a confirmed two-night reservation, only to be told it showed as one night in their system. I provided proof of my booking, but the front desk representative, Latisha (who identified herself as the manager), dismissed the issue and told me to contact the third-party booking site myself.
