We had a great experience. Check-in fast and friendly. Room clean , everything you need in it. ( coffee maker, fridge, iron board, water......) bed and pillows comfy. And the breakfast very good with a lot of options. I know sometimes its the little things ( no one else cares about 🤣) impressing me. The curtain sticks .....loved them . I would definitely return
I had an extremely traumatic experience at this property and would strongly caution others before booking. I arrived shortly after 10:00 PM on 4/18 with a confirmed two-night reservation, only to be told it showed as one night in their system. I provided proof of my booking, but the front desk representative, Latisha (who identified herself as the manager), dismissed the issue and told me to contact the third-party booking site myself. From website: We’re within 10 minutes of Wilson center and Barton College campus. Head downtown to discover why we’re ‘the city of beautiful trees’ and explore the area’s antique shops. Fill up on free hot breakfast before lazing around at Lake Wilson or heading to Rocky Mount, both within half an hour. Wind down the day with a dip in our pool, and enjoy WiFi on us. Staff was awesome, big thank you to Ms Shaquita.
