I recently stayed here for work. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very thoroughly cleaned and beds quite comfy. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do.
It's a Hampton inn. They're pretty much all the same. That being said, it's in a great location if you want to visit downtown Wilmington and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was less than I would like but it was there. The coffee was gross. I don't know what that film was on it but I didn't like it and it barely tasted of coffee, even the dark roast. Worthless hotel, took a plane from Illinois and check in online and when I got here I couldn't check in even though the lady at the front desk said it would be okay for me to check in through the app. Worthless hotel, I have nowhere to stay now, thanks.
