Friend is having hip replacement surgery tomorrow at Cleveland Clinic, Weston. Stay overnight, must be at hospital at 5:30 AM and we live hours away. Marcos at front desk very helpful in changing room to accommodate my friends hip issue. Would recommend especially if you have early hospital appointment. About 10 mins from Cleveland Cllinic, Weston (why we choose this location).

I got to the hotel at 2 o’clock. Check-in was at 3 o’clock. My room wasn’t ready yet at two and at 10 till three they told me it would still be about 20 more minutes before check-in. I prepaid for my two nights on Priceline through Capital One the hotel told me that it had declined the virtual credit card. I had the receipt and said I had prepaid it two weeks earlier. They would not believe me and wanted to charge me again as of today two days after checkout it still is pending, so I’m not sure if I’m gonna have to call my b... read more
