I have been a hampton customer for 30 years. This entire experience was the worst ever. The noise level was terrible. The reservation policy unacceptable. If this had been my first Hampton, it would have been my last. The front desk staff, however, was the bright spot. Day and night clerk were helpful and kind.
This was a drop-in stay at 2am and we couldn't have been more pleased. The two nearby competitors (of which I am a member) were booked so we tried this one. So glad we did. We paid considerably less, slept on a very comfortable bed, enjoyed quality pillows and linens, and slept wonderfully! I have found my future road trip stop!
Decent hotel overall.
The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Stayed 14 nights while moving to the area. Issues encountered: • Night 1: Woken at 1am by someone trying to reverse-park a U-Haul in the hotel car park. There was a continuous reversing alarm for over an hour. • Night 8: TV stopped working. When I called reception, the offered solution was “have you checked the cables?” rather than sending someone to fix it.
