Just wanted to share a wonderful experience i had. Cynthia, Melissa, and April were amazing people to deal with. The customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying here if you are traveling through the area.
I really like hampton inns and the vero beach area but the hotel was slightly disappointing. I would like to say, however, that the management and front desk was very kind, helpful and accommodating. But the rooms did not match. The beds were clean but the room was extremely dated. The floor of the bathroom was very dirty and it seemed in need for some improvement. Looks like they are doing renovations so i hope to come back and wish the best for the future of the hotel.
Hotel was very clean. Hotel is located right beside an outlet mall and close to the highway. Staff were very friendly.
