5/5 Stars - Exceptional Stay! I had a wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn. The property is clean, comfortable, and convenient, but the staff truly makes it stand out. A special thank you to Kayla at the reception desk! She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional from the moment I checked in. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The sheets and towels were hard. I do not believe the chemicals are properly rinsed out. I ended up with a severe allergic reaction, including facial swelling and rash. I talked to the front desk and asked to switch rooms and was denied very rudely by Pritika. I asked for new bedding in hopes that it would be better Pritika became even more rude and could care less about my situation. Odd self parking fees for Tracy. Will likely need updating soon. CJ at the front desk was phenomenal helping me merge two separate reservations so I wouldn’t need to change rooms when I decided to come a day early.
