Location is great! The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful! Would recommend again!
Beware using a GPS or vehicle navigation system as it may not get you to it. They don’t tell you in advance that they charge you a fee ($12) just to park your car in their lot. Also this was the noisiest bathroom fan we’ve ever encountered. Ugh.
Check-in was easy and staff cordial. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and special thanks to Nancy, the attendant there, who was so nice and helpful. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, which we didn't get to explore this visit. We spent a lot of time with family in the area due to bereavement. The only downside was having to pay for parking and non-refundable reservation, in spite of that it was a good stay. The area seemed to be safe and quiet.
Booked a stay for my sister at this property for 2 nights. Very bad experience. Lack of security in the property and no cameras around hallways. Hotel doors are not secured post 10pm. Weird people can easily walk in. My sister had a stranger knock her door in the middle of night and was outside her room for 5 minutes which speaks about how bad women safety is at the hotel. I had made an error and entered the wrong hotel. So I am correcting my initial rating. This one was very professional, clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
